The actress showed off a fuller figure in leather hot pants and a black vest on the LA set of her new movie This Is Forty.
Over the last few months, the Hollywood pin-up has been pictured out in public cutting a worryingly waif-like figure.
However, she's back to her best now, sporting significantly more flesh on her arms, legs and body.
Last year she was famously fired from the Transformers franchise after comparing director Michael Bay to Adolf Hitler.
Talking candidly about his approach to movie-making, she said in an interview: "He's like Napoleon and he wants to create this insane, infamous mad-man reputation.
"He wants to be like Hitler on his sets, and he is. So he's a nightmare to work for but when you get him away from set, and he's not in director mode, I kind of really enjoy his personality because he's so awkward, so hopelessly awkward."He has no social skills at all. And it's endearing to watch him."
In June, Bay broke his silence on firing the star, confirming that the films' executive producer Steven Spielberg had instructed him to give her the boot.
Megan will be hoping This Is Forty - the latest movie from comedy director Judd Apatow - puts her back in demand after a tumultuous year.
